The OPPO F9, without a doubt, is one of the most successful smartphones in the local market today. It even became an instant hit just a week after it was released.

Other than its strong marketing presence, the OPPO F9 offers a competent processor, good cameras, and refreshing design. Those are just some of the things that we liked about it in our review.

The OPPO F9 is powered by the reliable MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core processor, with a roomy 6GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage.

It also sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ screen, 25-megapixel front camera, and 3,500mAh battery with VOOC fast-charging technology. With all that said, it’s no surprise that OPPO F9 has become a crowd favorite.

But the problem is, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 entered the picture and is trying to change the landscape of midrange devices as we know it.

The Poco F1 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with a more effective cooling system. It’s available with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage. However, the unit that we’ll be using in this comparison is the 6GB/64GB model, to match the price and configuration of the OPPO F9.

In our specs comparison, we already have a detailed look at the hardware differences between these two phones. But here in our OPPO F9 versus Xiaomi Pocophone F1 speed test and benchmarks comparison, we’ll see how much they really differ in actual and simulated tests.
