The Xiaomi Mi 27-inch Desktop Monitor is a, quite literally, a big upgrade over your traditional office monitor, and even more if you’re a laptop user. This enormous screen features a 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution and 100% sRGB color gamut.
To keep your eyes safe during a long day’s work, Xiaomi equipped it with a built-in low blue light mode to prevent eye fatigue. This IPS screen also has a 178-degree wide viewing angle, an important feature for a display this large.
The monitor also has a lightweight body with its thinnest area measuring not more than 7.5mm, perfect if you like moving things around. Plus, it has ultra-thin bezels, so it’s less distracting if you want to get two for a multi-monitor setup.
Since it’s a budget monitor, it can only provide angle adjustment. The control button is around the back, which can be puzzling to look for if you’re not familiar with it. On the upside, it has a distinct, dimpled design, so you can find it even without looking.
The power button leads the array of ports sitting in a glossy strip on the lower right side at the back. The ports include a DC IN for power, single HDMI, VGA, and 3.5mm headphone jack — in that particular order.
