Vivo is making one of their low-end smartphones more affordable for the masses.

Just recently, the company announced that the Vivo Y81i will now be available for only Php6,999. That’s Php1,000 cheaper from its original price of Php7,999.

With that price, you’re getting a smartphone with a large 6.22-inch HD+ screen, a decent MediaTek Helio A22 quad-core processor, and the usual 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage that you’d get on devices at this category.

The Vivo Y81i also has an acceptable 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and a 13-megapixel primary camera for some casual snaps. The aforementioned front sensor is also used for its Face Unlock security feature as the device lacks a fingerprint scanner.

The device will then run on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with Vivo’s FunTouch OS 4.0 interface on top. Lastly, the Vivo Y81i will come with an acceptable 3,260mAh non-removable battery.
