Activision and Tencent recently dropped an announcement trailer for their new mobile game titled; Call of Duty: Mobile.
Call of Duty: Mobile is a new, free-to-play mobile game that features a collection of fan-favorite maps, competitive game modes, familiar characters and signature weapons from different franchises. These franchises include: Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
We all know multiplayer mode is synonymous to all Call of Duty games and the mobile version boasts to have the said mode as well. Popular game modes like Search and Destroy, Team Deathmatch and Free-For-All would surely be in the game. The very popular Zombie mode was also teased at the end of the trailer.
Classic Call of Duty multiplayer maps such as Nuketown, Crash, and Hijacked would also appear in the mobile version. The addition of fan-favorite maps would surely excite classic Call of Duty Fans.
Will it include a Battle Royale mode, though? Right now, we don’t have any reports with regards to this but not including one might be a missed opportunity. Having a battle royale mode in play would surely make COD: Mobile rival other mobile games like PUBG Mobile and Rules of Survival.
For now, a beta version of the mobile game will be released soon in Europe, North and South America only. There’s no word on exactly when the beta test will start on both iOS and Android, but interested players can pre-register on the Call of Duty: Mobile website. Registering online will also give you the chance to earn in-game rewards.
