HoYoverse, the company behind the development and publishing of Genshin Impact, has finally released the fourth and latest installment into the Honkai series with Honkai: Star Rail.
Set in an expansive world where science fiction and fantasy meet, Star Rail brings the cutesy visuals known to the franchise while also fusing myths and legends into its story for a truly compelling game.
While Genshin Impact is known for its high-octane, fast-paced combat, Honkai: Star Rail takes a slower approach by choosing a turn-based style of combat, giving bonafide “JRPG” fans a scratch to their itch for its classic and iconic play style.

Like any RPG, this game brings adventure to its gameplay design, giving players the chance to immerse themselves in a completely new world that is made more engaging by its narrative arcs.
The premise of the game is simple—you, as the main character, are implanted with something referred to as Stellaron and you go on an adventure to discover the so-called “Cancer of All Worlds” as talked about by the characters in-game.
Honkai: Star Rail is a free-to-play game and is available on Android, iOS, and PC. The game is also slated to become playable on the PlayStation soon.
