Supergiant Games has officially launched the Early Access phase for their new title, Hades II, on PC. The game, which is a direct sequel to the widely praised original Hades from 2020, can now be purchased for Php910 in PH on the Epic Store and Steam.
The narrative of “Hades II” centers on Melinoë, the underworld princess and sibling of Zagreus, the protagonist from the original game. Melinoë’s quest involves the formidable task of defeating the Titan of Time Chronos who escaped imprisonment in the underworld. Along the way, she will be aided by a variety of Greek deities like Zeus and Aphrodite, who can provide her with power-ups and unique abilities.

Although the current release is not yet the complete version of the game, Hades II already boasts more enemies, levels, and characters than the first game had. However, the developers note that they are still actively working on other key components such as areas, more characters, and storyline.
Once the game is finished, Supergiant will let players retain and carry over their progress. The development team anticipates that the game will continue to evolve until at least the end of 2024, with periodic updates expected every few months.
You can check out Hades II’s Early Access version for only Php910 on Steam and the Epic Store. In the international market, the game is currently priced at $30 (~Php1,700), so Filipino gamers are getting a cheaper deal here in the Philippines.
