The Department of Transportation (DOTr) shows off the new design for the Philippine driver’s license.
Based on a Facebook post from DOTr, the updated driver’s license will switch from the old blue to a pearl-like white theme.
Even with the new design, the agency assures the public that the security features will remain intact.
Recently, LTO and DOTr announced that motorists with no traffic violations will be given an extended driver’s license valid for 10 years. On the other hand, those with violations will only be eligible to renew for the usual 5 years.
The DOTr is yet to announce when the new driver’s license will become available to Filipinos.
