The amount of allowable loan shall be computed based on the lowest of the following:
1. Desired amount of loan
2. Loan Entitlement – This amount is equivalent to eighty percent (80%) of the Total Accumulated Value (TAV) or the total of monthly contributions. However, take note that if you recently availed of a Multi-Purpose Loan, the outstanding balance from such loan will be deducted from the 80% of the TAV to arrive at the loanable amount.
3. Capacity to Pay – The borrower’s Net Take Home Pay (NTPH) or the net salary that will be received after all deductions including the amortization for loan payment will be taken into consideration when computing for the loanable amount. The NTPH shall not fall below the minimum threshold as dictated by the company’s policy or the General Appropriation Act (GAA), whichever is appropriate.
