If you’re trying to use BPI’s mobile app while living abroad, you may have experienced the inconvenience of not receiving your one-time password (OTP) and can’t activate the app.
So, to answer this frequent question, BPI posted on Facebook that you can call BPI’s Contact Center through one of the numbers based on where you’re located so they can update your registered mobile number to the one you are using abroad.
Please note that the contact numbers are limited to those listed below. Also, please note that the service providers may impose fees or charges for your calls. For security purposes, BPI may also request certain documents.
