You can see your Meralco bill through:
- the Meralco mobile app available for Android and iOS;
- or the Meralco Online website.
How to view and download my MERALCO bill using the app
Step 1: First things first, you have to download and set up the Meralco app on your Android or iOS device. To do so, you can follow the steps here.
Step 2: Once you are within the app, you can immediately see your outstanding balance right from the dashboard. To see the detailed bill, tap “Pay Now”.
Step 3: Tap the unpaid bill you want to view.
Step 4: Tap “View Bill” at the bottom.
Step 5: Now you can see your full bill, just like the printed one that Meralco sends by mail. You can tap the download button on the top right to save it and have it printed.
How to access, download, and print MERALCO bills online
Step 1: Visit the website here: https://company.meralco.com.ph/meralco-online
Click “Meralco Online” then click “Log In”.
Step 2: Sign in to your account if you already have one. You can also use your Meralco app account if you have one.
But for this guide, we’ll assume you don’t have one yet. To make one, click “Sign up here”.
Step 3: Now, fill up all the required details. Click “Register” once complete.
Step 4: Go back to the login page and sign in your newly created account.
Step 5: On the dashboard, click “View Bills”.
Aside from the bills, you can also see other Contracted Service Details:
- Metering info
- Consumption graph
- Due bills
- Paid bills
Step 6: Tap the unpaid bill you want to view.
Step 7: Scroll down, and you shall see your full bill, similar to the one sent to you by Meralco by mail. In the top right corner, you can click download or print the bill.
To print your Meralco bill, simply click the print button in the upper right corner.
How to pay MERALCO bill online
You can easily pay your electric bill using the Meralco app. In our experience, this is the best option since the payment will reflect instantly in your account.
The mode of payment includes Mastercard, Visa, JCB, and PayMaya. You can also use GCash by using the 16-digit number found on your GCash Mastercard.
