Why can’t I access my Garena account?
If you can’t access your Garena account, chances are, you’re typing the wrong password, you’ve been banned, or worse, your account has been hacked.
There’s also a chance that you may be typing your summoner name. So before trying to fix your account, make sure you’re actually inputting your account username.
How to retrieve/reset Garena account password
Step 1: Go to the Garena Reset Password page here.
Step 2: Type the email or username that is associated with your account. If you can’t remember them, you can check the second box and input the associated phone number instead. Type the CAPTCHA correctly and click Next.
Step 3: You will receive a verification code on your email or phone number, depending on what you chose.
Step 4: Go back to the Garena Pasword Recovery page and type the verification code you just received. Then, click Confirm.
Step 5: Finally, type in your new password. It’s best two use three random words as a password, so it’s tougher to crack yet still easy to remember.
How to contact customer service to recover Garena account
Step 1: Open your email and write a new one to be sent to [email protected].
Step 2: In the subject field, type “My Garena Account”.
Step 3: On the email body, provide your Garena username, summoner name, the original email ID that you used to create an account, and if you have one, a shell purchase transaction to help speed up the verification process.
Step 4: Once the email has been sent, wait until you get a response from the Garena Customer Care representative. They should get back to you asking for more information that will help verify your identity before they can finally give back your account.
