Philippine internet service provider SKY just made a major refresh to its household fiber internet offerings by introducing the new SKY TruFiber.
The new SKY TruFiber service is one of the new improvements coming to the ISP after it was announced they are teaming up with Converge ICT to better its services. Ahead of the new plans, the duo announced the Converge Concierge with Sky TV a few days ago.
With TruFiber, subscribers can choose from five unlimited end-to-end fiber plans, starting with the Php999 per month plan, which comes with up to 75Mbps of internet speeds, up to the Php3,500 per month plan with up to 800Mbps speeds.
It will also come with Day or Night Plans, similar to Converge’s Time of Day plans. This one offers faster speed during the day (7:00 AM to 6:59 PM) or night (7:00 PM to 6:59 AM), depending on your preference, for a cheaper price. This could be useful to work-from-home users.

Installation fee
There are two ways you can pay for the installation fee of the SKY TruFiber. There’s the one-time payment option of Php2,500 or, have it staggered for a 24-month installment plan of Php125/mo, albeit the total is Php500 higher at Php3,000.
How to apply and what are the requirements?
You can apply for the SKY TruFiber plans through the company’s website or via an agent. All you need to show is one government-issued ID and proof of billing.
Bear in mind that the SKY TruFiber is only currently available in select Metro Manila areas.
