The demand for SpaceX’s Starlink is so damn high that subscribers applying today may have to wait until 2023 or later before their satellite kit arrives on their doorstep.
Right now, when visiting starlink.com, US residents can make an order that’s fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you enter any US location, the site will give an estimate of late 2021.
Specific locations in the state of Virginia, however, will have a target coverage of 2023 or later. Such is the case by a Reddit user when he made an order bound for Round Hill, Virginia.

As for Philippine users eager to try Starlink’s internet service, there’s no clear indication when it will arrive in the country. What’s confirmed is that it’s not coming this year.
Yesterday, Elon Musk tweeted Starlink has shipped 100,000 satellite terminates and is currently serving 14 countries. Not one of these countries is in Asia.
