Microsoft just announced the Surface Laptop Go 3 with updated hardware for those who want an easy and compact work machine on the go, albeit now has a higher price tag.

The new Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 3 is powered by a 12th-gen Intel Core i5 processor — one generation behind its higher-end cousins — which you can pair with up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

As per Microsoft, this compact machine can last for up to 15 hours, with fast charging, and only weighs 1.1kg so you can do work or be entertained wherever you are, far from an outlet.

Microsoft also threw in a fingerprint power button and a special TPM 2.0 chip for security. Of course, it runs on the latest Windows 11 operating system. So you don’t need to bring adapters it has both USB-C and USB-A, unless you need to connect an external display as it doesn’t have an HDMI output.

The Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 3 has a starting price of USD799.99 (~Php45,400). It’s now available in the United States. No word yet when it will come to the Philippines.
