Popular camera reviews website DxOMark gave the new Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro 124 points, currently the highest in the smartphone world.
In a tweet, Xiaomi said that hundreds of engineers and thousands of hours in the lab made the feat possible.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro scored 134 points in photo and 104 points in video. It tied the Mate 30 Pro’s score in photo but it managed to win by a slim margin in terms of video. Combined, that’s an overall rating of 124 points for the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, beating the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G by a single point.
If you haven’t heard of it yet, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro is equipped with a 108-megapixel f/1.69 + 20-megapixel ultra-wide f/2.2 + 12-megapixel short telephoto f/2.0 and 8-megapixel f/2.0 long telephoto cameras. It can do 10x optical zoom and up to 50x hybrid zoom when shooting photos. As for video, it can record up to 8K.
In the current top 5, Xiaomi holds the 1st and 5th positions while Huawei occupies 2nd to 4th.
