Yes, you read that right. Hyundai the car manufacturer has a smartphone with an incredibly thin 5.1mm profile. This phone is called the Hyundai Aero, and it’s now available in the Philippines.
If there’s one thing to praise about the Hyundai Aero, it’s its exterior design. This smartphone is one of the thinnest smartphones available in the market, having the same profile thickness as the Gionee Elife S5.1. Both of the phone’s front and back have glass panels, and the sides are surrounded by a premium metallic frame.
Everything else about the Hyundai Aero seems average. It’s powered by a Snapdragon 410 processor with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 306 graphics. In addition, the Aero offers 4G LTE connectivity, 8-megapixel main camera and 32GB onboard storage (which doesn’t seem to be accompanied with a microSD slot for storage expansion).
