LG has unveiled its new flagship smartphone ahead of Mobile World Congress 2014, the LG G Pro 2. It features a large display, the latest hardware, and Android 4.4 KitKat.
As the sequel to last year’s Optimus G Pro, the LG G Pro 2 has upped the screen to a humongous 5.9-inch IPS LCD while retaining a 1080p resolution. Performance more than meets the needs of today’s power users, what with a Snapdragon 800 running under the hood along with an Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB of RAM.
Design-wise, the LG G Pro 2 borrows heavily from the LG G2 as seen in the former’s thin bezels and physical buttons at the back. The hardware Home button is also gone in favor of an on-screen replacement. Android 4.4 KitKat powers the device, with an improved KnockOn feature known as Knock Code.
