Samsung’s next Exynos chipset with AMD GPUs expected to arrive by Q2-Q3 2021

Last time we reported AMD Radeon graphics being brought into mobile gaming by means of the next Samsung Exynos chips, we didn’t have an estimated date of when these chips would arrive. But thanks to a new tidbit from a fairly accurate leaker, we now know these chips will arrive by the second or third quarter of 2021.

As tweeted by Ice Universe, the Samsung chips with AMD graphics will be found in the next release in the Exynos 1000 and 2000 series.

Currently, the latest available is the Exynos 1080 (found in Vivo X60 and X60 Pro) and the Exynos 2100 (found in the Samsung Galaxy S21), both of which come with ARM Mali GPUs.

With the S21 confirmed to skip on the AMD graphics, anticipation has shifted towards the next Galaxy flagship device, which Samsung itself teased. Perhaps this flagship device could be Galaxy Z Fold 3 or the next Galaxy Note.
