ZH&K recently launched a brand new lineup of mobile devices, including smartphones, feature phones and tablets. Out of all devices that were launched, two devices stand out because of their octa-core chipsets.

ZH&K Zeus

  • 5″ Full HD IPS display (1080 x 1920 resolution, 441ppi)
  • MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor
  • Mali 450 GPU
  • Android 4.4.2 KitKat
  • 1GB RAM
  • 16GB internal storage
  • 13MP w/Flash Rear Camera
  • 8MP Front Camera
  • 3.75G/HSPA+
  • WiFi
  • Bluetooth 4.0
  • GPS with A-GPS
  • 2000mAh battery
  • Dual SIM Support (micro SIM + mini SIM)
  • Price: Php 6,299

The ZH&K Zeus is the higher end of the two, featuring a Full HD screen, MT6592 octa-core processor, 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The device runs KitKat 4.4.2 out of the box and is powered by a 2,000mAh battery.

ZH&K Venus

ZH&K Venus Specs

  • 4.7″ HD IPS display (720 x 1280 resolution, 312ppi)
  • MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor
  • Mali 450 GPU
  • Android 4.4.2 KitKat
  • 1GB RAM
  • 16GB internal storage
  • 13MP w/Flash Rear Camera
  • 8MP Front Camera
  • 3.75G/HSPA+
  • WiFi
  • Bluetooth 4.0
  • GPS with A-GPS
  • 2000mAh battery
  • Dual SIM Support (micro SIM + mini SIM)
  • Price: Php 6,199

The other octa-core device is the ZH&K Venus, also sporting a 5 inch IPS display, although rather than a Full HD panel, it only has HD resolution. You still get the same configuration: octa core MT6592 chip, 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage.

Interestingly, aside from the aesthetic difference between the two, the Zeus and Venus differ only in screen resolution. The rest of the specs are exactly the same with only a Php100 price difference between them. Obviously, the Zeus is the better buy because of its better screen, but if you prefer the feminine design of the Venus and can’t tell the difference between HD and Full HD, then by all means, go for the Venus.
