Just a few weeks ago, a ransomware called WannaCry hit a lot of Windows 7 PCs. The cyberattack happened worldwide and affected alot of institutions like hospitals and other companies. The attack would encrypt the data on the said computer and the culprit would demand a ransom, paid via Bitcoin.
