Ayala Land Inc. and GCash recently signed an agreement sealing a deal that will put the former’s property offerings on the latter’s GLife platform.
ALI president and CEO Bobby O. Dy highlighted how online shopping has been more popular with consumers due to the convenience they bring. That said, the real estate company thinks that purchasing a home or condo should also take advantage of this.
Now on GCash’s GLife platform, interested real estate owners can browse, inquire, and access cashless payments on ALI properties in the convenience of their home.
GLife will now feature ALI brands like Ayala Land Premier, Amaia, Avida, and Alveo.

The listings will feature virtual unit viewing, which will help property hunters in their buying decisions. They can also pay for reservation fees using their GCash e-wallet account.
With this, GCash believes that it will eliminate the need for bank deposits, post-dated checks, or hassle over-the-counter payments for real estate dues.
To access this feature, users can open their GCash app and proceed to the GLife section. Under the Real Estate tab, they can look for the property they are interested in and use the inquire button to learn more about it.
The listings will include a way to see a unit virtually, which will help people who are looking to buy decide what to buy. They can also use their GCash account to pay for reservation fees.
