GoGoXpress finally released a statement and apologized for the delays in its delivery services.
GoGoXpress is often used in eCommerce platforms like Shopee and by Filipino online sellers because of its affordable pricing compared to its competitors. But over the past few weeks, there has been a growing number of reports on social media from customers and online sellers alike about the apparent decline in the quality of the services of the logistics company.
QuadX Inc. CEO Mia Bulatao explained that “major changes in the e-commerce marketplace space” affected their business. She also apologized and promised to go through their backlog. In addition, more riders will be hired to quicken the process of pickup and delivery of the customers’ parcels.
GoGoXpress hopes to normalize and resume regular operations by November 1. Customers are encouraged to track the status of their packages on its official website.
