The HTC 8S was along with its bigger sibling HTC 8X in the recent launch held by HTC and Microsoft. The HTC 8S, like the 8X, will be carrying the Windows Phone 8 platform with it to take on the Android and iOS in the smartphone marketplace. This device is expected to rival Nokia Lumia 820 which is really obvious since both of them were on the mid-range level.

HTC 8S Windows Phone 8 Hands-on Review Video

The software part is still locked down as Microsoft doesn’t want to reveal the full capability of their new mobile OS yet. One thing I noticed to these recently announced Windows Phone 8 phones is that they all come with a wide range of vibrant colors to choose from namely Fiesta Red, High-Rise Gray, Domino, and Atlantic Blue. This goes to the new Lumia devices as well. Did you noticed it too?

The HTC 8S Windows Phone 8 price is still undisclosed for now but it will be available starting November. Pricing and availability in the Philippines is still unknown but we’ll update this as soon as the details become clearer.
