To nobody’s surprise, the Huawei P30 series was proven to be a big hit to Filipinos as they achieve a staggering first-day sales record in the country.
Huawei Philippines said that the new Huawei P30, P30 Pro, and P30 Lite collectively garnered a total sales of Php650 million immediately after it went on sale in the country. That’s around 15,000 units now out in the wild.

Other than the devices’ killer cameras, capable processors, and attractive designs, another key reason why the P30 series were selling like pancakes is the premium pre-order freebies that came with it.
Those who pre-ordered the P30 and P30 Pro got a free Huawei Watch GT, while some of them got an extra Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite tablet. While those who got first dibs on the P30 Lite took home a free wireless speaker, JBL headphones, travel tripod, phone case, and tempered glass protection.
