It looks like we’re finally seeing Nokia’s biggest and grandest comeback. In a recent leak that came from the company’s error themselves, we got to take a peek on their upcoming flagship, the Nokia 8.

It looks like someone from the Nokia/HMD headquarters got a bit too excited and already published the Nokia 8’s product page on their Chinese website. Naturally, the page has been taken down instantly. However, someone with quick-hands was able to take a screenshot and posted it in Baidu before it was gone.

The Nokia 8 will follow the existing three smartphones that carry their name. The Nokia 3, 5, and 6 do offer an interesting value for the price. However, neither of these midrange devices feel exciting enough.

This new leak confirms some of the things we already knew about the Nokia 8. In a leaked video from before, we already know that it will have a dual-camera setup at the back. This time, it’s been said that the two shooters will have 13-megapixel sensors each. And since Nokia and Zeiss already got back together, we can expect Zeiss’ involvement in this department.

And to further justify its “flagship-ness”, the Nokia 8 is also expected to sport a  sharp 5.3-inch QHD display. There’s also going to be a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM — a standard to most high-end Android smartphones today.

With Nokia being all about providing the latest software updates, the upcoming handset is expected to arrive with the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.

HMD Global is yet to announce the official launch date and pricing. However, past rumors suggest that it will be around EUR550-660 (around Php32,400-35,300). Also, the company has a habit of teasing the release date on the device’s official renders. And this time, the date projected on the home screen is set to June 20.

UPDATE: HMD Global distributed media invites to an event happening in London on August 16th, which could possibly the Nokia 8’s official announcement.
