OnePlus has already confirmed that they are working on their first foldable phone, which is expected to arrive in August.

Now we have an idea of how the device might look like thanks to these new CAD-based renders that have emerged from @OnLeaks. Unlike previous rumors, the OnePlus V Fold isn’t simply going to be a rebranded OPPO Find N2 from its sister company.

The renders show that the V Fold will have sleek metal sides and a really tall cover display with a punch-hole for the rumored 32-megapixel selfie camera. Another cutout can be seen on the top left of the main foldable panel.

It then has a camera layout reminiscent of the OnePlus 11 which, as per the rumors, will sport a 50-megapixel IMX 890 main shooter, an ultra-wide lens, and a periscope-style telephoto glass. We’re also noticing a leather material back here, and of course, the Hasselblad branding.

Rumors also suggest that the main display will use an LTPO AMOLED panel with a 2100 x 1900 pixel resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. A fingerprint scanner is on the side while a single speaker sits next to the USB-C port at the bottom and two on the top.

It will have a 4,800mAh battery, 100W charging, and of course, will ship the current best: A Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 flagship processor. More details about the OnePlus V Fold shall be out soon, so stay tuned for that.
