The OPPO A71 2018 is one of the company’s offerings in the low-end market. And just a few weeks after it officially launched in the Philippines, the device is already getting a price drop.
When it arrived back in March, the OPPO A71 2018 had a retail price of Php7,990. But now OPPO decided to make it even more affordable as it’s slashing Php1,000 off of its original price. This lowers the price of the OPPO A71 2018 to only Php6,990.
In our specs comparisons with its competitors, the A71 2018 doesn’t seem to offer the best value for the money. But with this development, things have changed as it’s now a more lucrative offering.
It packs a 5.2-inch HD screen, which is the right sweet spot for its 1280 x 720 resolution display. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage — a decent combo for a budget-friendly device.
The OPPO A71 2018 selfie camera is a 5-megapixel sensor, while on the back there’s a 13-megapixel shooter. It also comes with a Face Beauty feature to achieve great looking selfies. Although it lacks a fingerprint scanner, it does come with Face Unlock.
OPPO A71 2018 is available on all OPPO concept stores, kiosks and third-party retailers nationwide.
