Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto are seen holding the upcoming OPPO F7 smartphone in banner advertisements.
The posters were spotted in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and in SM Novaliches. If we would take it as an indication, this means that the launch of the device is imminent, and it could happen before the month ends or in early parts of April.
The OPPO F5 was previously teased in the same manner, with posters put up in SM Megamall. It was officially launched on October 26, almost one full month after the banners went up.
We still don’t know which chipset it will ship with, but it’s likely to be one of MediaTek’s new processor or one from the Snapdragon 600 series. We also expect it to come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

However, we believe that OPPO could launch the F7 sooner this time around. Not much has been revealed by the posters, but previous teasers from OPPO India revealed that it will feature a 25-megapixel front camera with AI technology, 6.2-inch 19:9 Full HD+ screen (with the notch), and an impressive 89.09% screen-to-body ratio.
No word yet on the official launch date and price, but we’ll let you know as soon as we get it.
