OPPO Philippines confirmed that it would be launching not one but two OPPO Reno 5 in the country.
Initially launched in China back in December, the Reno 5 5G is powered by the trusty Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, 90Hz 6.43-inch OLED screen, 4,300mAh battery, and a whopping 65W fast charging.
There’s a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front, while on the back, we have a 64-megapixel main shooter, 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and two 2-megapixel sensors. In China, it starts at CNY2,699 (around Php19,800) for the 8GB/128GB.
On the other hand, the Reno 5 4G came out in Vietnam earlier this month for VND8,690,000 (around Php18,100). It’s equipped with a Snapdragon 720G chipset, 90Hz 6.43-inch AMOLED screen, and a 4,310mAh battery with 50W fast charging support.
The cameras on the back are the same, but we have a sharper 44-megapixel selfie snapper on the front. Their exact launch dates in the Philippines are yet to be revealed, so stay tuned for that.
