Realme’s latest camera monster smartphone, the Realme XT, might arrive in the Philippines soon.
In the local launch event of the Realme 5 and 5 Pro, Realme Philippines had a “One more thing” moment and teased the imminent release of what could possibly be the Realme XT.
The teaser shows a picture of one of the Philippines’ popular landmarks with the words “The first 64MP shot of Rizal Park” and the word “Sooon”.
If you remember, the Realme XT is the first from the company to come with the latest 64-megapixel ISOCELL GW1 sensor from Samsung. Also, the four Os on the word “Soooon” points out its the quad-camera setup on the back.
In general, the Realme XT is just a more lavish version of the already impressive Realme 5 Pro that we’ve recently reviewed.
It runs on the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor and a 4,000mAh battery with 20W VOOC fast charging. But this time, the XT gets to have a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
Realme is yet to provide us with the official release dates and pricing of the Realme XT in the Philippines. But to give you a perspective, the Realme 5 Pro’s top-the-line-model is available locally for Php13,990. We expect the Realme XT to be priced a few more thousand pesos than that.
