Back in July, Spotify increased the price of its premium subscription in a bunch of markets. The list didn’t include the Philippines, until now.
Like a lot of streaming services, Spotify is still struggling to become profitable. Hence, just like other services, the company has imposed a price hike in a lot of markets, which now includes the Philippines.

Only the Individual, Duo, and Family are getting price increases. The Student and Daily plans will stay the same.
The Individual plan now costs Php20 more, the Duo is now Php13 higher, while the Family plan that is good for up to 6 accounts now costs Php25 higher. You can check the prices below:

These new prices are now reflected on the Spotify website for new users. Meanwhile, existing users will be charged with the previous price until the December billing.
