AI is one of the biggest buzzwords in the mobile space this year. But the question is, do users actually use them? Well, we don’t have to wonder as a survey from SellCell.com has the consensus.
As per the survey, 73% of iPhone users and 87% of Samsung owners say that the AI features available on their devices “add little to no value” to them.
The survey was conducted on 1,000 users from each brand — users who own devices such as the iPhone 16 series and Samsung Galaxy S24 series.
Although, the said users are actually interested on AI features, but they are just not impressed by it when they tested it out. It is said that 47.6% of the surveyed iPhone users find the AI features are “very” or “somewhat” important factors when deciding a smartphone to buy, while only 23.7% of Samsung users are interested.
