It’s one thing to have a great portfolio of products, it’s another to have good after-sales support to keep customers happy years after they’ve left the stores.
That’s clearly what Xiaomi has been working on in the past few months. After announcing its improved Android update policy last year, it appears that the Chinese tech giant is also working on improving its service center network.

About a week ago, the company opened a new Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center in Davao City. It will give Davaoeños easier access to official after-sales services for their Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO, and other related products.

The Xiaomi Service Center in Davao City is located at Unit 105 Ground Floor, Inspiria Condominium. Walk-in customers are welcome from Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
This service center accepts smartphones from Xiaomi, as well as its sub-brands Redmi and POCO. Plus, other Xiaomi products like tablets, laptops, and accessories, as well as AIoT products like electric scooters, robot vacuum cleaners, and more.
