The XREAL One Series are new AR glasses that can work with almost any device over USB-C.
As per the company, the XREAL One Series will work with any device with video-out over USB-C. Those devices include Android phones, iPhones, PC, MacBooks, and Steam Deck.
The new glasses now come with a custom silicon chip called X1 that, as per the company, offers “incredibly low motion-to-photon (M2P) latency of only ~3ms at 120Hz.” This onboard processing will enable spatial view on any device plugged via USB-C. No adapter is needed that the XREAL Beam Pro requires.
It then features a large display area with 1080p FHD resolution for each eye, a 50-degree field of view, 120Hz refresh rate for life-like smoothness, 600 and 700 nits of peak brightness, and the brand’s electrochromic dimming.
For audio, XREAL tapped Bose for the customized built-in speakers. The glasses also support an optional and modular RGB camera called XREAL Eye that can capture 12-megapixel photos and 1080p@60fps videos.
The XREAL One retails for USD499 (~Php28,800) while the XREAL One Pro comes in at USD599 (~Php34,600). It will be available in the US, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Czech, China, the Netherlands, Japan, and Korea.
