Globe’s fixed broadband service is dominating Ookla’s benchmarks across 31 locations, granting it the title of being “Most Consistent Fixed Broadband Provider” in the Philippines for the second quarter of 2023.

Ookla defines “consistency” as the percentage of data samples that meet the minimum download and upload speed standards. Consequently, high consistency meant greater internet performance and quality.

In ensuring fair and accurate comparisons, Ookla employed logistic regression for the data sampling. Globe came on top in Las Piñas at 89.16. It is followed by Bustos at 88.96 and Mandaluyong at 88.65.
