ASUS has a lot of gaming laptops under the Republic of Gamers brand. But probably the one we like the most is the ASUS GL503VD, a full-fledged gaming laptop that ticks all the necessary boxes every gamer or content creator would dream of.
If you haven’t read our full written review of the ASUS GL503VD, we recommended it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced portable gaming / video editing machine. The design is sleek, elegant, and it’s definitely a looker even from afar.
In terms of performance, it also delivered on different aspects. The screen is great, the speakers are loud, and the rendering time when doing video editing is also acceptable.
Playing games like PlayUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive are very enjoyable thanks to its consistent and high frame rates. Probably my only gripe with this machine is its hefty weight. But that’s to be expected from a Windows gaming laptop of its kind.
