After almost two years, Samsung has released a successor to its most affordable wearable, and it has immediately made its way to the Philippines. Here’s the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3.
The Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 retains the smart band-like design of its predecessor with its tall 1.6-inch rectangular screen that has a 402 x 256 pixel resolution. It has automatic brightness adjustment with the built-in light sensor, has a premium Aluminum material with a sandblast finish, a quick-release button for the band, and 5ATM and IP68 dust and water resistance.

It also has a barometer, but sadly, didn’t get to have GPS. Still, you can track up to 100 different workouts like running, biking, walking, and even swimming.
Heart-rate monitoring is onboard, which is also used for the comprehensive sleep-tracking. The watch analyzes your sleep data to give you a sleep score — an easier way to understand your last sleep quality — as well as provide sleep coaching.

There’s a home button on the side to get you back to the watch face. But navigation is fairly easy thanks to dedicated screens to show notifications, calendar, weather, Quick Panel, App List, and more. The band can also detect if the wearer accidentally falls and automatically calls emergency contacts and shows medical info.
You can also use the Galaxy Fit 3 to control the music on your phone, and the camera, reply to messages, and use the Find My Phone feature. Customize its looks and the data you want to see at a glance with over 100 watch faces available on the mobile app.

Possibly its best feature is the battery, which the company claims can last for up to 13 days on a single charge. Plus, a quick 30-minute charge can already provide 65% juice. Moreover, the watch works with Samsung Health App, and has Bluetooth 5.3. 16MB RAM, 256MB storage, and weighs 36.8g.
The Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 has a price of Php3,490 in the Philippines and is available on the company’s website, other online outlets, and physical stores.
