Samsung has launched a slew of new high-end products in the Philippines. One of them being is the Samsung galaxy Watch Active 2.

The new Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 brags a sleek and stylish rounded design that doesn’t look too geeky for a smartwatch. You can also take a picture of your attire using your smartphone, and let the watch app make a custom watch face to match it.

Surrounding the Super AMOLED screen is a digital bezel, which you can use to navigate the interface. Samsung also improved its heart-rate sensor, plus, the Watch Active 2 now has an electrocardiogram (ECG) feature for those who need it.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 runs on Tizen OS that works seamlessly with Samsung’s One UI. It’s powered by an Exynos 9110 processor, with 768MB of RAM.

Just like most smartwatches, you’d be docking this one to its charger every night.

On the upside, the Watch Active 2 can take some beating with its Corning Gorilla Glass DX+ protection, has MIL-STD-810G certification, and is IP68 and 5ATM water-resistant so you can go swimming with it.

Just like the Samsung Galaxy Note 10/Note 10 Plus and Galaxy Tab S6, the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 will be available this August. The Aluminum model will retail for Php13,990 and Php16,990 for the 40mm and 44mm sizes, respectively. While the stainless steel 44mm model will be at Php22,990.
