Xiaomi’s crowd-favorite wearable has just got a major upgrade with the latest Xiaomi Mi Band 4.

Right at first, the Xiaomi Mi Band 4 looks very identical to the Mi Band 3 from last year. It has curved corners and edges, with a single button at the chin.

One of the major upgrades here is the display. The 0.95-inch AMOLED screen now projects images in color, with a 240 x 120 pixel resolution. This means that you can now choose from a lot of artistic skins, with more personalization options available.

The Mi Band 4 also now has a built-in microphone for voice commands. As per Xiaomi, it can give you access to their own Xiao AI voice assistant, although we sure hope we can also use it for Google Assistant, too.

They also improved the activity tracking on the Xiaomi Mi Band 4. It now comes with a six-axis accelerometer sensor. Partnered with its water resistance (up to 50m), can track your swimming strokes and performance with more accuracy.

All the other things that we loved from the previous models are still here. There’s the great battery life of up to 20 days, Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, NFC (select models), heart-rate monitor, and more.

To make things more interesting, Xiaomi teamed up with Marvel so you can get the Mi Band 4 on an Avengers special edition model.

The standard Xiaomi Mi Band 4 is available for CNY169 (~Php1,300) while, CNY229 (~Php2,700) for the NFC version, and CNY349 (~Php2,600) for the Avengers edition.
