The Cherry Mobile Flare Lite is basically a sub-Php3k smartphone. It doesn’t have all the tricks that higher-priced Flare models have, but it has enough to get things done. It has a dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat.
