Infinix has a new midrange smartphone. Dubbed as the Infinix Zero 5, this one is a follow up to last year’s Zero 4 and Zero 4 Plus. Both devices delivered enticing specs for its undemanding asking price.
Just like most midrange handsets today, the Infinix Zero 5 has the slightly-aging 16:9 aspect ratio. But still, the company kept the usual 6-inches screen size that we typically see on 18:9 smartphones.
The Zero 5 might have skipped the almost bezel-less race, but it ultimately joined the dual-camera bandwagon. At the back, there’s a 12-megapixel primary camera and an additional 13-megapixel shooter that has 2x optical zoom capability. The front camera also doesn’t fall short in features with its 16-megapixel sensor, partnered with an LED flash.
Furthermore, the chipset inside is a MediaTek Helio P25 processor. This newly built system-on-a-chip promised better dual camera support, which compliments the Zero 5’s rear cameras.
Moreover, Infinix is also bragging the Zero 5’s all-metal and unibody build quality. The device has an iPhone-like look, but the company was able to get away with it by adding a black notch on the back that highlights its dual camera system.
