OPPO Philippines finally launched its latest sub-flagship phones in the country, the OPPO Reno12 and Reno12 Pro.
Both the OPPO Reno12 and Reno12 Pro are powered by a Dimensity 7300 Energy processor, a special chip OPPO co-designed with MediaTek to provide better battery efficiency.
They also share a curved 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The Pro model is protected by the new Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 while the latter has Gorilla Glass 7i.
Another welcome addition to the Reno series is stereo speakers. They also share the same 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
The key difference is the cameras. The Reno12 Pro has a 50-megapixel sensor for selfies, while the Reno12 has 32-megapixels. Both models have 50-megapixel main cameras with OIS and 8-megapixel ultra-wide, however, the Pro enjoys a 50-megapixel 2x telephoto lens for portraits while the other settles for a macro camera.

In addition, the Reno12 Pro has a bigger storage of 512GB, while the vanilla has 256GB. Both have 12GB of RAM for multitasking. They also share the same Android 14-based ColorOS 14.1 interface and will have a bunch of AI features like AI Eraser 2.0, AI Studio for digital avatars, and more.
The OPPO Reno12 Pro 12GB/512GB has an SRP of Php34,999 in the Philippines while the OPPO Reno12 12GB/256GB comes in at Php24,999. They will be available for pre-order on offline stores starting today, July 12, until the 19th with a free S29 Night Light Bluetooth speaker.

Buyers of the Reno12 Pro can also get an OPPO Care Plan for only Php1,299 (from Php1,799 while Reno12 customers only need to pay Php999 (from Php1,599).
For e-commerce platforms, the Reno12 will be available starting July 12. The Reno12 Pro is exclusive to Shopee until July 18 and won’t hit Lazada and TikTok Shop until the 19th.
Those who will get the Reno12 series online until the 20th will get a free OPPO Enco Air 2, free shipping, 0% interest over SPayLater, installment option on LazPayLater and TikTok PayLater, Php200 GCash product review cashback, and Php1,000 OPPO voucher discount.
