Samsung’s latest budget smartphone has reached the Philippine shores. The company was mum about its arrival, but the Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro (Pro) has already been spotted inside a shopping mall.
The Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro (2018) is the Korean giant’s new attempt to lure those people who are shopping in the low-end market. Unsurprisingly, we expect to see nothing but the essentials on this one.
Samsung used a 5-inch Super AMOLED display for the new Galaxy J2 Pro 2018 with a not-so-exciting 960 x 540 pixel resolution. It’s been covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 4, so you can expect it to be sturdy.
Inside there’s a Snapdragon 425 processor, a measly 1.5GB of RAM, and 16GB of expandable storage. It is also equipped with 4G LTE for a reliable wireless connectivity. On the back, there’s an 8-megapixel sensor for some casual snaps, while on the front there’s a 5-megapixel camera for selfies.
