A couple of months ago, TECNO announced a new budget-gaming smartphone called the Spark 6. Here we are three months later, with the phone having officially arrived in the Philippines with a price of ₱6,490.
To recap, the TECNO Spark 6 is a 6.8-inch handset running Android 10. It’s powered by the MediaTek Helio G70, a 12nm system-on-a-chip with eight CPU cores and ARM Mali-G52 MC2 graphics. It comes with 128GB storage, microSD expansion, and 4GB of RAM.
As the successor to the Spark 5 and 5 Pro, the Spark 6 offers an improved camera experience. Its front-facing camera features a punch-hole design and 8-megapixel resolution. At the back, there’s a quad-LED setup that sports a 16-megapixel main camera.
Other specs of the Spark 6 include a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging, fingerprint sensor, and HD+ display.
Late last month, a cheaper variant in the form of TECNO Spark 6 Go also became available in the Philippines. It was followed in early December by the sleek-looking TECNO Pova Dazzle Black.
