For those who have been waiting — it’s finally here. Xiaomi Philippines just brought the Redmi Note 9S in the country.
It’s the first in the Redmi Note 9 series to arrive in the country. It’s the cheaper model, but the company didn’t skimp out on specs and features on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S.
This device features a large 6.67-inch FHD+ IPS screen, a generous 5,020mAh battery, and the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor that’s present on the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Pro Max.
A 16-megapixel selfie camera is placed in a punch-hole on the top of the screen. While on the back, we have the quad-camera setup that consists of a 48-megapixel main shooter, 8-megapixel ultra-wide, 5-megapixel macro, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. You can check the full specs list below.
The Redmi Note 9S has a starting price of Php10,490 in the Philippines for the 4GB/64GB variant, while the 6GB/128GB is at Php11,990. Xiaomi will be slashing off Php500 on the base model SRP on May 8, making it available for only Php9,990.
Due to the ongoing community quarantine in most parts of the country, Xiaomi’s latest release might only be available in their official stores in Lazada and Shopee.
