Some of you might have already seen it, but for those who haven’t updated theirs yet, the GCash app just got a new look.
The e-wallet service subtly announced the GCash app refresh last June 28 via its social media pages. The company claims that the new design looks better and easier to use. You can check the video reveal below.
One of the most distinct changes is the way your available balance is displayed. It’s highlighted by the blue tab on the top of the dashboard, where you can easily see the remaining balance in your wallet. Next to the amount is the Cash In button so you can top up easily.
Below are your usual buttons for sending money, GSave, Load, GCredit, bills payment, and other most-used features, which are now easier to read.

Plus, the sections below now show key areas of the app: Home, Inbox, Activity, Profile, and more importantly, Pay QR if you’re doing cashless payments in stores, restaurants, etc.

If you haven’t gotten this new look yet, make sure you update your GCash app via the Google Play Store on Android and Apple App Store on iOS devices.
