The National Football League or the NFL, is partnering up with Epic Games to bring in NFL uniforms as skins to Fortnite. All 32 NFL Team Uniforms will be made available on November 9, 2018 at 7PM ET.

These new skins will be available in the Battle Royale Item Shop. This partnership gives both NFL and Fortnite fans the ability to purchase and customize up to eight outfits representing their favorite NFL teams. Along with the skins, Football-themed emotes, harvesting tools, gliders, and even a referee outfit are making their way to the game. Isn’t that awesome?

Once a player owns an NFL team outfit, they will be able to choose a uniform from any of the League’s 32 teams and customize the jersey with a number of their choice (1-99). So if you’re a big Tom Brady and Patriots fan, you can buy the New England Patriots themed uniform and select the number 12. Personally though, I would prefer you buying a Houston Texans jersey with the number 10, for DeAndre Hopkins instead.

The NFL team outfits will be available for both male and female characters and can even be customized with a different team/number each time a player uses the outfit in Fortnite. So, if you feel like representing a different player from your favorite team, you’ll be able to do so.

It’s widely known that Fortnite is very popular with athletes, as more and more players use Fortnite celebrations as a way to celebrate their in-game achievements. It’s definitely unreal how Fortnite has still managed to keep up with the hype.
