Each entry in the Grand Theft Auto series is often tied to the state or city it takes place in, some even incorporating said location name as part of the game’s label. However, this might see change with Grand Theft Auto 6 should the developers consider taking their ambition with the game to new height.
Rockstar Games has not officially rolled out a statement regarding the matter, yet. Although we can be fairly certain that the sequel to GTA 5 is probably already well on its way towards development, as per multiple reports.
In light of the reveal of the PlayStation 5, which displayed promising capability, however, it cannot be helped but speculate on what could be a possibility.
Indeed, drawing from a hardware capability that drastically cut, if not altogether remove, loading times, the prospect is looking good for GTA 6 and this could mean possibly seeing the game taking place in multiple locations.
