Microsoft, so inundated with surprises to show, had just recently conducted the Xbox Games Showcase Extended, following up on its E3 display.

Here’s every game announced during the event:

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty


The long-awaited DLC to CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 is finally here and it will revolve around the Dogtown black market, including some fresh factions and characters.

33 Immortals


Developed by the same game maker that brought Spiritfarer, 33 Immortals is a co-op rogue-like action game involving unique characters and abilities and as many as over 30 players at a time.



From the same developer that made Banner Saga, Towerborne is another fresh adventure set in a dynamic open world, rife with seasons and lore as well as random challenges and events.


Set in a first-person view, Avowed is a dark and edgy RPG from Obsidian Entertainment—bearing the semblance of the popular Elder Scrolls franchise by Bethesda. The developing title is set for release sometime next year.

High on Life: High on Knife (DLC)


Extending to the humor seen on High on Life, High on Knife is a DLC that introduces the talking knife, Knifey (voiced by Michael Cusack), and the talking gun, Harper (voiced by Sarah Sherman). In addition, new enemies, biomes, and weapons are being added as well.

Microsoft Flight Simulator: Dune Expansion


Complementing the release of the sequel to Dune (2021) in theaters on November 3, 2023, Microsoft Flight Simulator is releasing the Dune Expansion as content for free.

Lies of P


Another entry into the Souls-like games, Lies of P is a hardcore action title that features combo weapons, P’s Organ, and Legion Arms.

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II

As a follow-up to the cinematic seminal title Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II continues where the original game left off—and more.



Solve puzzles as you climb high terrains with Don’t Nod’s latest brainchild, Jusant, which is set for release in Fall 2023.

The First Descendant


A next-gen third-person shooter made using the Unreal Engine, The First Descendant is announced for a Crossplay Beta.



Capcom’s Exoprimal is getting a new update that will give players new options with aesthetics with the new variations of the Exosuit as well as the new co-op mode, the Savage Gauntlet.
