Aldrin Paulo “Dunoo” Pangan, also known as Kuya D, has died of the coronavirus last Friday, August 27.
The sad announcement was made by TNC Predator on Facebook. You can read the full post below.
Pangan is known in the local and international DOTA scene for his energy when casting and his partnership with another caster, Marlon “Lon” Marcelo who came up with popular catchphrases like “normalin” and “lakad matatag” — phrases that even those who are not familiar of the game may have heard off.
On his Facebook page, Pangan shared a cryptic post with the words “Day 1 ….” last August 9, 2021, which can be translated to the first day he may have been diagnosed with the virus.
Pangan subsequently updated his fans with his condition by going live on Facebook. He shared that he first experienced body pains and severe coughing.
After the announcement of his death, a lot of his friends and colleagues, and even DOTA 2 fans, have shared their tribute to the late caster. You can check some of them below.
